Absurd redesigned the UX and IA of the website using tado°'s existing components and templates to improve the user flows and therefore performance of the website.
Our approach was built on thorough research and an immersive exploration of the user experience. We gained insights through stakeholder interviews, observational studies and a comprehensive review of existing analytics data. We identified gaps in the existing user flows so that we could identify the opportunities for creating new ones.
tado° now have a website with reduced complexity, making tado°'s products more accessible and easier to navigate. We streamlined the entire customer journey and provided dedicated journey funnels that guided users seamlessly from product discovery to purchase and installation. To ensure our decisions were data-driven and accurate, we relied on analytics data to improve the website and enhance customer targeting.
